- Office Assistant & Officer Scale-I: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in any field.
- Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers): Chartered accountant, MBA, or Bachelor of Science in a suitable field (e.g., marketing, law, agriculture, or information technology).
- Officer Scale-III: Candidates with relevant experience are preferred; a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% of the possible points is required.
