Application Fee for NPCIL Recruitment 2025

The application cost must be paid online using net banking or debit/credit cards. The fees by category are listed below:

• General/OBC (For Posts 1-4): ₹500
• General/OBC (For Post 5-JHT): ₹150

NPCIL has released a total of 122 vacancies for different managerial and translation positions. The post-wise distribution is as follows:

NPCIL Recruitment 2025 – Educational Qualification

To apply for the NPCIL Jr. Hindi Translator and Deputy Manager vacancies, candidates must possess the following qualifications from recognized universities or institutions:

1. Deputy Manager (HR):

   • Graduation with MBA/MMS/MSW or Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations.

   • Candidates should have excellent communication and leadership skills.

2. Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts):

   • CA / CMA / CFA or equivalent professional degree.

   • Alternatively, candidates with Post Graduate Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance are eligible.

3. Deputy Manager (C&MM):

   • Graduation Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Supply Chain Management from a recognized university.

   • Candidates with prior experience in material management or procurement will be preferred.

4. Deputy Manager (Legal):

   • LLB Degree with registration as an Advocate under the Bar Council of India.

   • Knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and industrial regulations will be an added advantage.

5. Junior Hindi Translator (JHT):

   • Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the graduation level
     OR
     Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as a subject at the graduation level.

   • Candidates should possess translation skills between English and Hindi.

Applicants must meet the prescribed age criteria as on 27th November 2025:

• Deputy Manager (Post 1–4): 18 to 30 years

• Junior Hindi Translator (Post 5): 21 to 30 years

Age Relaxation:

Age relaxation will be applicable as per NPCIL’s government norms:

• SC/ST: 5 years

• OBC (NCL): 3 years
